1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings wherever they appear:

• "PKRBeat", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the legal entity that owns and operates the pkrbeat.app website and all related services.
• "Player", "you", or "member" refers to any individual who has registered an account on PKRBeat or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account that a Player creates on PKRBeat in order to access games, place bets, and conduct transactions.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's PKRBeat account, including both real-money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any funds credited to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or any other incentive scheme run by PKRBeat.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet on qualifying games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot, Andar Bahar variant, Aviator, fishing game, roulette, or other product available on the PKRBeat platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a Game or sports market through PKRBeat.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all PKRBeat transactions are conducted.
• "System Records" means PKRBeat's server-side transaction logs, bet history, game round data, and account activity records, which are the definitive record of all activity on the platform.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use PKRBeat, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKRBeat strictly enforces this requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all deposits returned, and any winnings forfeited in their entirety.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and organisations may not register as Players.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You may hold only one PKRBeat account at any time. Multiple accounts per person — whether registered under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. PKRBeat uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method analysis to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in PKRBeat activities is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a PKRBeat employee or contractor.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements. PKRBeat reserves the right to request verification of any eligibility criterion at any time.

3Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your PKRBeat account credentials, including your username, password, and any security PINs or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. PKRBeat staff will never ask for your password — if anyone contacts you claiming to be PKRBeat and requests your password, do not provide it and report the contact to our support team immediately.

Any activity conducted through your PKRBeat account — whether by you or by any third party who gains access due to your failure to maintain security — is your responsibility. PKRBeat will treat all instructions received through your account as valid unless you have notified us of a security breach before those instructions were processed.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PKRBeat customer support immediately via live chat or at support@pkrbeat.app. We will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend your account while the investigation is under way.

PKRBeat strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This is available free of charge through your account security settings. PKRBeat is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where 2FA was available but not enabled.

4Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

PKRBeat is required by its operating licence to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This process is called Know Your Customer or KYC, and it exists to protect both Players and the integrity of the platform.

KYC verification may be requested at any time and is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed on accounts that have not yet been verified. The documents typically required include:

• A valid Pakistani government-issued photo ID (CNIC, B-Form, or Passport)
• Proof of your registered mobile number or payment method (a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account, for example)
• A recent selfie holding your ID document, taken on request

Documents should be submitted through the verification section of your PKRBeat account. All documents are handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. PKRBeat does not share your documents with third parties except where required by law or our licensing authority.

Withdrawal requests will be held in pending status until KYC verification is complete. PKRBeat aims to complete verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. If verification is not completed within 30 days of the withdrawal request being placed, the request may be cancelled and the funds returned to your PKRBeat balance.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All PKRBeat transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PKRBeat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment methods:

• Easypaisa — instant deposit and withdrawal, funds received within 15 minutes
• JazzCash — instant deposit and withdrawal, funds received within 15 minutes
• NayaPay — instant deposit and withdrawal
• SadaPay — instant deposit and withdrawal
• IBFT Bank Transfer — deposits and withdrawals processed within 30–60 minutes
• Visa and Mastercard (Pakistani-issued) — deposits processed immediately; withdrawal to card within 3–5 business days

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit for verified accounts; VIP Gold and Diamond members receive zero-fee processing on all withdrawals.

Deposits are credited to your PKRBeat account in real time. If a deposit does not reflect within 10 minutes of payment confirmation from your provider, contact support immediately with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method in your own name that has been used for a deposit on your account within the past 90 days, or to a verified payment method registered to your name. PKRBeat does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

PKRBeat does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals for Pakistani payment methods. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside PKRBeat's control and responsibility.

6Bonuses & Promotions

PKRBeat offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered.

Welcome Bonus: New PKRBeat members are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. The welcome bonus carries a 30× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. This means if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you must wager Rs 30,000 on qualifying games before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

The following general bonus rules apply to all PKRBeat promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time. Activating a new bonus while an existing wagering requirement is outstanding will void the previous bonus and its associated winnings.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless and until their wagering requirements are fully met.
• PKRBeat reserves the right to require proof that a deposit was made in good faith (not solely to withdraw a bonus) before releasing bonus funds or associated winnings.
• Bonus wagering contributions vary by game type: casino slots typically contribute 100%, table games and live casino typically contribute 10%, and sports bets at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100%. PKRBeat will communicate any variation from this schedule in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum bet while a bonus wagering requirement is active is Rs 500 per bet or spin. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• PKRBeat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have already commenced wagering under the promotion.
• Any player found to be exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting, bonus abuse, or other manipulative strategies will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may have their account suspended.

7Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on PKRBeat are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual games and sports markets are displayed within each game or market interface.

Casino Games: All PKRBeat casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or player accounts. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available in the game information panel within each title. The theoretical RTP figures published represent long-run averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

Sports Betting: PKRBeat's sports betting section covers cricket, including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, ICC tournaments, and other major cricket leagues worldwide. Additional sports markets may be available from time to time. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• All bets are final once confirmed and displayed in your bet history. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except through the Live Cash-Out feature where available.
• PKRBeat settles bets based on official results published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, domestic boards, etc.). In the event of a discrepancy between broadcast scores and official records, official records govern.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. PKRBeat reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time — particularly during match delays, weather interruptions, or technical issues with data feeds. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• PKRBeat's system records are the definitive record of all bets placed. In any dispute, PKRBeat's records take precedence over player screenshots, browser data, or third-party records.
• PKRBeat applies a Best Odds Guarantee on pre-match cricket match winner markets — where odds on a selection improve between the time of bet placement and kick-off, the winning payout is calculated at the higher odds. This applies only to the specific markets where the guarantee is stated at time of betting.
• Minimum bet: Rs 50. Maximum bet: varies by market and is displayed within the bet slip before confirmation.

Live Cash-Out: Where available, the Cash-Out feature allows Players to settle an open bet before the event concludes, at a value determined by PKRBeat based on current market prices. Cash-Out is offered at PKRBeat's discretion and may not always be available. The Cash-Out value offered is final once accepted — it cannot be reversed.

8Abandoned, Postponed & Void Events

Cricket and other sports events are sometimes affected by weather, security issues, or other circumstances beyond anyone's control. PKRBeat applies the following rules to affected events:

• Postponed matches: If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, bets stand and are settled on the result of the rescheduled match. If the match is rescheduled beyond 48 hours or cancelled entirely, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Rain-reduced matches (T20/ODI): If a match is reduced in overs but achieves the minimum required for a result (typically 5 overs per side for T20; 20 overs per side for ODI), match winner bets are settled on the official result (which may be a D/L method result). If the minimum is not achieved, match winner bets are voided.
• Player prop markets: Where a specific player prop market specifies a minimum number of balls/overs and that minimum is not bowled, the market is voided and stakes returned.
• Super Overs: Where a match is tied and a Super Over is played, the result of the Super Over determines the match winner for betting purposes unless otherwise specified in the market rules.
• Abandoned Test matches: Test matches drawn due to weather without a result will be settled as a Draw if Draw was an available market option, or voided if only Win/Win was offered.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKRBeat and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on PKRBeat
• Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other technical tool to interact with the PKRBeat platform in ways not available to regular users
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be forfeited
• Colluding with other Players or with third parties to manipulate outcomes in casino games or sports markets
• Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit PKRBeat promotional offers or odds errors
• Placing bets on events for which you have material inside information not available to the general public (match-fixing involvement, etc.)
• Charging back or reversing a deposit transaction after using those funds on PKRBeat games or bets
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing PKRBeat staff or other Players via any communication channel

PKRBeat uses sophisticated fraud detection systems and conducts regular audits of account activity. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in investigations involving suspected illegal activity. If you suspect match-fixing or other integrity issues, you are encouraged to report them to us confidentially at support@pkrbeat.app.

10Responsible Gaming

PKRBeat is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Pakistani players with the tools they need to keep gaming a form of entertainment rather than a source of harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all PKRBeat members free of charge at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases take 24 hours to process.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose in a day, week, or month. Once reached, PKRBeat will prevent further bets until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Receive a notification after a specified time playing and be given the option to continue or stop.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up reminders showing how long you have been playing in the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from PKRBeat. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. PKRBeat will make every reasonable effort to prevent excluded Players from creating new accounts.

11Account Suspension & Termination

PKRBeat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Regulatory requirement, court order, or instruction from a licensing authority
• A Player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 24 consecutive months may be subject to closure after written notice

Where an account is closed for a reason other than the Player's own request or regulatory enforcement, and no fraud or prohibited conduct is found to have occurred, PKRBeat will return any positive real-money balance to the Player via the verified payment method on file, within 10 business days.

Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, PKRBeat may withhold funds pending investigation, and reserves the right to permanently forfeit balances following a formal internal review.

Players may close their own PKRBeat account at any time by contacting support@pkrbeat.app. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets will be settled normally and the resulting balance will be paid out before closure is completed.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the PKRBeat platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, interface designs, and data — is the intellectual property of PKRBeat or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the PKRBeat platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any PKRBeat content
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from PKRBeat software
• Creating derivative works based on PKRBeat intellectual property
• Using PKRBeat branding, logos, or trademarks without written permission
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the PKRBeat platform by any automated means

The PKRBeat name, logo, and brand are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised use of PKRBeat's intellectual property will be pursued through the appropriate legal channels.

13Limitation of Liability

PKRBeat provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain 99.9% uptime and a reliable, high-performance service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKRBeat's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or relating to their use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total deposits made by the Player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim, or (b) Rs 10,000.

PKRBeat is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings arising from technical failures outside PKRBeat's reasonable control
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the platform for any purpose other than entertainment
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits PKRBeat's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14Privacy & Data Protection

PKRBeat collects, stores, and processes Personal Data from Players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on PKRBeat, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: we collect information necessary to provide our services, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with regulatory obligations. 15Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of PKRBeat's operating jurisdiction as specified in our gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms, your account, or your use of the PKRBeat platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to PKRBeat's dispute resolution process described below.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are required to use PKRBeat's internal dispute resolution process:

1. Submit a formal complaint by email to support@pkrbeat.app with full details of the dispute, including dates, amounts, and any supporting evidence.
2. PKRBeat will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 10 business days.

PKRBeat aims to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. In any dispute involving game outcomes, PKRBeat's system records are the definitive record of what occurred and will be used as the primary evidence in any investigation.

16Amendments to These Terms
